Research 2010-07-28 10:38:30 BNBR pledged 9.5% stake in BUMI Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR) pledged 9.51% of coal holding Bumi Resources (BUMI) stocks to get new loan. In 1Q10, BNBR recognized 19.3% ownership in BUMI stock. While, BUMI recognized BNBR own only 9.8% stakes. Director of BNBR Siddharta Moersjid told that the difference was caused by the pledging of 9.5% BUMI stocks. In 1H10, BNBR short term debt increased by 235.8% YoY to Rp4.0tr. Source: Investor Daily
