Telecommunication operator Indosat (ISAT) issued US$650.0m of global bonds to refinance its debt which some will mature in 2010 and 2012. Asian investor bought 40% from total issued bonds, while the rest buyer came from US (33%) and Europe (27%). This year, ISAT allocated capex worth of US$550.0 — 700.0m to strengthen its network and to buy some equipments. Source: Investor Daily
