Research 2010-07-26 10:35:43 EXCL to invest Rp4.5tr XL Axiata (EXCL) allocates Rp4.5tr of fund to strengthen its network and to construct 1.500-2.000 base transceiver stations (BTS) this year. Previously, President Director EXCL Hasnul Suhaimi told that EXCL succeed to grab 32.9m of subscribers or increase by 5% from FY09.
