Research 2010-07-26 10:34:55 BYAN supplies coal to Kepco Bayan Resources (BYAN) will supply 2.0m MT each year to Korea Electric Power (Kepco) starting from 2012. The supply will gradually increase to 7m MT in 2015. To strengthen the partnerships, Kepco has bought 20% stakes in BYAN worth of Rp4.6tr. In addition, BYAN plans to construct 4 new coal upgrading plants with US$240m of investment to increase production capacity and coal quality. Source: Investor Daily
